VM12x Ultra

The VM12x Ultra is a high powered zoom Video Microscope for the inspection of semiconductors, cross-sections, metal and fluids. Available with a large range of options the VM12x Ultra is a versatile system includes several types of illumination including ring lights, co-axial lights, sidelights and sub-stage illumination. Co-axial illuminators are an ideal solution for applications involving highly and semi-reflective surfaces. Cameras include a new scientific USB 2.0 camera with measuring software and a 6 MPixel camera with USB 2.0, HDMI and microSD card. The VM12x Ultra has a 12:1 zoom ratio and the choice of several long working distance objectives giving a field of view range of 3.97 to 0.01 mm.
